COVID-19 Protocol

The Residences Islantilla Apartments has successfully passed the audit to obtain the new seal created by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE).

 

 

 

· Upon arrival your apartment will be fully disinfected.

· For your safety, all material susceptible to manipulation have been removed from the rooms.

· During your stay, cleaning will be done when the client is out of the room.

 

· Comply with the standards indicated on the signage.

· Keep a safe distance

· Make use of disinfectant gel in accesses.

· Make maximum use of the bins located in all areas.

· Respect the safety distance and capacity in all areas, following the graphic indications.

· The elevators must be used individually or by members of the family unit.

· Mandatory use of a mask.

· Make use of a towel mandatory in the pool equipment (chairs, sun loungers, etc.),

 

· Request an appointment.

· Maintain a safe distance.

· Make use of towels in all sports equipment.

· Clean and disinfect the machines and common elements (weights, dumbbells, etc.) after use, with disinfectant solution.

 

We ask that, if you have the slightest doubt of having symptoms compatible with the COVID-19 disease, report this situation to reception so that the specific protocol can be applied and our safety committee can carry out the appropriate tasks. Ask at reception for information on health care centers, emergency telephone numbers and their location if necessary.

 

In the case of apartments shared by people who do not make up a family unit, the reception must be informed so that the committee can determine the appropriate measures according to the type of clients.
